Yes friends, this is the annual LA Ratha Yatra Festival with Parade beginning at Civic Auditorium Santa Monica, then proceeding south to Venice, the huge festival site. There is a free lunch, fabulous booths and entertainment on two stages!
MIGHTY GOVINDA WILL PERFORM ON THE ROCK (small) STAGE AT NOON!
